We use time-limited persistent cookies for user-centric security tokens for all users, and by signing in you also agree that we store a persistent authentication token cookie. Google serves cookies to analyse traffic to this site. Information about your use of our site is shared with Google for that purpose.
We may share data with other parties when necessary to operate or analyze usage of the service, or for sending information about ImpactMiner including our opt-in newsletter. We share data with Google to analyze web site usage. Our web page may refer to content loaded from third-party content delivery networks, please refer to their privacy policies.
We store names of signed-in users for display in the application and any product communications. We store e-mail addresses to send important account updates and optionally (you will be asked to opt-in) a newsletter about screenwriting and news about ImpactMiner. Application logs temporarily store traffic data for security and debugging and are rotated out monthly. We may store additional payment transaction data for users on paid plans.
The application and all data are hosted in Amazon Web Services. You can delete your account and all stored personal data, except the automatically-expiring traffic logs and what's necessary for our legal auditing requirements if you are on a paid plan, from your profile page. Data that is deleted will immediately be removed from the application but may remain in backups that are rotated out within 3 months.
